Are there account limits?
No, you can add as many users or materials as you need, use your free and pay-for credits to upgrade to any size account you need.

Can I sell the training I create?
Yes. You have complete control of who you signup and allow to see your training.
You can charge what you like for your own work or give it free to your employees.
How you use it is up to you as long as it complies with our terms of use.
Account credits are how JMIE allows access to your materials and services - think of them like "JMIE tokens".
How do I get credits?
There are two types of credits: free and pay for. Free credits are automatically given to you when you sign up. How many you get depends on the
account you choose. Free credits are given only one time.
Once the free ones are used up, extra credits can be purchased a little at a time or in bulk. The number of
credits you need will depend on what kind of account you plan to give an individual client.
How do I use my credits?
You can use these credits for upgrades as well as for signing up accounts for free. We charge a flat monthly fee (for your access) + credits per
client you sign up (above and beyond your free credits).
The number of credits needed depends on your package. What you charge your clients is up to you.
How to get a new password?
The login page in the menu has a link that you can follow to get a new temporary password. You can then login and change your password.
What if i need or want more access time?
No problem. If you need more time to complete your training or you want to keep access to the tools for a longer period of time
just use the "my account" area and order more time.
