Account credits are how JMIE allows access to your materials and services - think of them like "JMIE tokens".

There are two types of credits: free and pay for. Free credits are automatically given to you when you sign up. How many you get depends on the account you choose. Free credits are given only one time.

Once the free ones are used up, extra credits can be purchased a little at a time or in bulk. The number of credits you need will depend on what kind of account you plan to give an individual client.

You can use these credits for upgrades as well as for signing up accounts for free. We charge a flat monthly fee (for your access) + credits per client you sign up (above and beyond your free credits).

The number of credits needed depends on your package. What you charge your clients is up to you.

The login page in the menu has a link that you can follow to get a new temporary password. You can then login and change your password.

No problem. If you need more time to complete your training or you want to keep access to the tools for a longer period of time just use the "my account" area and order more time.
