Justmakeiteasy.com is an AntHillPress company and as such all AntHillPress policies, terms and conditions apply to the JustMakeItEasy.com Web site.

This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use govern your use of JustMakeItEasy.com and unless other terms and conditions expressly govern, any other electronic services from The JustMakeItEasy.com that may be made available from time to time (each, a "Service").

If you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you should click on the "I AGREE" button at the end of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you will not be able to proceed with the registration process for the respective Service and become a subscriber. To the extent you have access to, or are using, a Service without having completed our registration process or clicked on an "I AGREE" button, you are hereby notified that your continued use of a Service is subject to many of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as explained below.

Refund Policy
Digital products including but not limited to e-books, workshops, planners or the Analysis system, the sale is considered final. However, to ensure customer satisfaction exceptions may be considered. Simply Contact Us and we will evaluate each request on an item-by-item basis. We reserve the right to verify return request information before issuing a refund.

Warranty
The information in AntHillPress digital products or workshops are distributed on an "As Is" basis, without warranty.

Privacy
We will protect your privacy. The information you provide will only be used to process your order and will not be sold to or shared with any third parties. We will not send you unsolicited email. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

Security
SSL technology is used whenever there are forms to be filled out. We do not store or collect your credit card information; that is done through PayPal where your credit card information is securely encrypted.

Terms of Payment
AntHillPress credit card payments are processed through PayPal. You will see "JMIE ANTHIL" on your credit card bill. AntHillPress does not have access to your credit card information. AntHillPress accepts Visa; Mastercard, and American Express. AntHillPress is unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside the United States or Canada. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE:
Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.

If a purchase has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another credit card.

In the event of a calculation error in the total charge, AntHillPress will notify the customer via email that the total charge had to be recalculated. Upon notification, AntHillPress asks the customer to agree on the new charge. If there was an overcharge, AntHillPress will pay the customer the difference by way of credit. If additional payment is required and customer agrees, AntHillPress will make a second charge on the Customer’s credit card. If the customer does not agree to the new total charge, AntHillPress may cancel their order.

Subscription Service
AntHillPress subscription billing is processed through PayPal. Subscription auto-billing to your credit card occurs 30 days from the first payment date. You can cancel the auto-billing at anytime by visiting PayPal. Cancellation instructions are available in the Account Settings area under Your Settings. You authorize PayPal to use your provided billing information for each renewal, and agree to provide updated payment information for any expired card. AntHillPress reserves the right to modify the subscription terms set forth herein, or terminate this subscription service at any time.

Account Cancellation
You are solely responsible for correctly cancelling your account. Account cancellation can be done through the My Settings tab by clicking "Cancel Account." An email request is not sufficient to confirm an account cancellation. Do not assume the email has been 1. read, 2. acted upon or 3. taken care of the cancel process.

If you choose to cancel your account, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of the billing period. The cancellation will not take effect until the next billing date, at which time you will not be charged again.

When you choose to cancel your subscription, you realize there will be no refund for the remainder of the billing period. The minimum charge for the sevices offered is the equivelent to a one month subscription. Sign up fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
AntHillPress purchases will include sales tax based on the AntHillPress address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of download. If the sales tax rate for the billing address changes before the item is downloaded, the new tax rate in effect at the time of download will apply. We will only charge tax in states where downloadable products are taxable. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on AntHillPress.

Prices
AntHillPress endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax (in effect on the day of order). AntHillPress reserves the right to change prices for products offered at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Upgrades
AntHillPress reserves the right to enhance digital products or workshops that are offered, including products purchased but not yet downloaded. Among other things, such enhancements may result in larger file sizes (requiring, for example, longer download times and additional disk space for storage).

Content Usage Rules
Your use of any products purchased from the AntHillPress is conditioned upon your prior acceptance of the Terms of Use, including, without limitation, the rules set forth therein.

Changes to the Terms of Sale
AntHillPress reserves the right to update the Terms of Sale as required. If AntHillPress decides to amend the Terms of Sale, AntHillPress will post the amended Terms of Sale on the Website. Posting of amended Terms of Sale shall constitute notice to you. All amended Terms of Sale shall be effective immediately upon such notice. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications will constitute your: a. acknowledgement of the modified Terms of Sale; and b. agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Sale.

No AntHillPress employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the AntHillPress's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
