We will provide you a version of a service that allows you to view online content (in the form of text, images, video, flash), take online tests, connect with other members, create online communities pertaining to specific topics, create lessons (comprised of text, images, video, flash), create tests, create and administer online educational course(s), create and administer asynchronous online tutoring, offer courses and online tutoring services for sale, and purchase goods and services offered by parties other than JustMakeItEasy (individually a "Third Party" and together "Third Parties") in an online marketplace and social networking site (together "JustMakeItEasy").

Your wireless mobile service provider, Internet service provider, VOIP provider, telephony provider or other third parties may charge you for use of any of their services as they relate to JustMakeItEasy. We have no affiliation with, or responsibility for, any of those third parties. You will have to enter into separate agreements with them for their services and products. You alone are responsible for all charges or fees charged by such third parties for your use of their services.

We are not responsible to provide or maintain any hardware required to connect to JustMakeItEasy.

Privacy Policy
Personal information you provide to us is governed by our Privacy Policy. and applicable laws related to personal information. Your use of JustMakeItEasy indicates your acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy.

You must have an Account to use JustMakeItEasy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and are responsible for all activities that occur in your Account. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

In an effort to keep your information confidential, JustMakeItEasy.com provides its Clients with the highest industry standards for secure servers-Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and firewalls. Unfortunately perfect security does not exist on the Internet (or elsewhere in the real world, for that matter) so we cannot guarantee that your information cannot be purloined. However, we will do our best in accordance with industry standards to continue to ensure the security of your private information.

SSL technology is used whenever there are forms to be filled out. We do not store or collect your credit card information; that is done through PayPal where your credit card information is securely encrypted. You are encouraged to contact us if you experience any difficulties.

Terms of Payment
AntHillPress credit card payments are processed through PayPal. You will see "JMIE ANTHIL" on your credit card bill. AntHillPress does not have access to your credit card information. AntHillPress accepts Visa; Mastercard, and American Express. AntHillPress is unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside the United States or Canada. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE: Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.

If a purchase has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another credit card.

In the event of a calculation error in the total charge, AntHillPress will notify the customer via email that the total charge had to be recalculated. Upon notification, AntHillPress asks the customer to agree on the new charge. If there was an overcharge, AntHillPress will pay the customer the difference by way of credit. If additional payment is required and customer agrees, AntHillPress will make a second charge on the Customer's credit card. If the customer does not agree to the new total charge, AntHillPress may cancel their order.

Subscription Service
AntHillPress subscription billing is processed through PayPal. Subscription auto-billing to your credit card occurs 30 days from the first payment date. You can cancel the auto-billing at anytime by visiting PayPal. Cancellation instructions are available in the Account Settings area under Your Settings. You authorize PayPal to use your provided billing information for each renewal, and agree to provide updated payment information for any expired card. AntHillPress reserves the right to modify the subscription terms set forth herein, or terminate this subscription service at any time.

Account Cancellation
You are solely responsible for correctly canceling your account. Account cancellation can be done through the My Settings tab by clicking "Cancel Account." An email request is not sufficient to confirm an account cancellation. Do not assume the email has been 1. read, 2. acted upon or 3. taken care of the cancel process.

If you choose to cancel your account, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of the billing period. The cancellation will not take effect until the next billing date, at which time you will not be charged again.

When you choose to cancel your subscription, you realize there will be no refund for the remainder of the billing period. The minimum charge for the services offered is the equivalent to a one-month subscription. Sign up fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
JustMakeItEasy is required by law to add GST/HST to all purchases that originate in Canada.

No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on AntHillPress.

Prices
AntHillPress endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax (in effect on the day of order). AntHillPress reserves the right to change prices for products offered at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Refund Policy
Digital products including but not limited to e-books, workshops, planners or the Training system, the sale is considered final. However, to ensure customer satisfaction exceptions may be considered. Simply Contact Us and we will evaluate each request on an item-by-item basis. We reserve the right to verify return request information before issuing a refund.

Upgrades
AntHillPress reserves the right to enhance digital products or workshops that are offered, including products purchased but not yet downloaded. Among other things, such enhancements may result in larger file sizes (requiring, for example, longer download times and additional disk space for storage).
